Is this for patient referrals?
No. Clinic-to-clinic only. You refer another practice, not individual patients.
Do I get cash?
Service credits on your Helose invoice when both practices are on paid seats. No cash at launch. Same structure Spruce and similar vendors use.
Does my colleague have to be on Helose already?
You can refer before or after you’re live. Credits apply when both practices are on paid seats.
What if I’m not a customer yet?
You can still refer. Credits bank until you subscribe.
