Helose Physician Referral Program
Clinic-to-clinic referrals only. Not patient referrals. Rewards are service credits on your Helose invoice, not cash. Questions: contact@helose.ai.
Program terms
- Referred practice must be new to Helose (not an existing customer or active pipeline opportunity).
- Credit applies to Practice-tier provider seats only, up to the provider-seat count on the referred practice’s first paid subscription.
- Free period starts the month after the referred practice’s paid seats activate; runs three consecutive billing months.
- One referring account per referred practice. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- We may adjust or end the program with notice; referrals already in flight are honored under the terms in place at referral.
Additional notes
- Referred practices in weight-loss or rural primary care segments qualify under the same credit structure as functional and integrative medicine.
- The referred practice may receive an extended two-week trial when they name the referring physician or practice at signup.
- Helose may request verification that the referral was made in good faith and that the referred practice is a genuine new opportunity.
