- How does the physician referral program work?
- Refer another FM or integrative practice. When they subscribe to paid provider seats, you receive the same number of provider seats on your account free for three months. See helose.ai/physicians for full details or email contact@helose.ai with subject “Referral program”.
- How does the free trial work?
- Every segment can try 2 weeks for free on your real panel. BAA is signed by click-through at signup before any data moves. Production texting and pre-visit summaries, not a sandbox. When the trial ends, you move to the published base plan ($99/month for functional/integrative medicine and weight-loss, $49/month for rural) or add capacity packs. Paid annual contracts come with a counter-signed BAA on Helose letterhead.
- What is included in the base plan?
- After the trial, the base plan runs production texting and pre-visit summaries on your real panel. Add provider seats, summary packs, or message volume when you need more capacity.
- What counts as a provider seat?
- A named clinician (MD, DO, NP, PA, ND) who signs a clinical action drafted by Helose. Coordinators, billers, and front-desk staff use Helose on the base plan at no additional cost for the included coordinator seat; add more clinical seats when your panel grows.
- When do usage add-ons apply?
- Add capacity for more providers, briefs, or message volume when you need it. We quote add-ons at signup or when you scale, no surprise per-text metering on the base plan.
- Can I get a discount for an annual contract?
- Two months free on an annual contract at the base tier. Multi-site contracts are quoted with custom terms.
- Why $99 base when DeepCura is $129?
- DeepCura prices the in-room scribe per provider. Helose prices follow-up texting plus the pre-visit summary on a flat base, with coordinators included and add-ons only when you need more capacity. Many FM clinics run both.
- What is not included in Base pricing?
- Custom EHR connectors outside the shipped list, SSO, and dedicated rollout support sit at the Multi-site tier. Extra provider seats and high-volume brief packs are quoted as add-ons.
